Demand for memory module PCBs to stay strong in 3Q20

Taiwan's PCB makers are optimistic about shipment prospects for memory modules HDI boards and substrates in the third quarter of 2020, driven by strong demand for servers and storage devices from global datacenters, according to industry sources.
