DRAM contract prices to stay flat or drop slightly in 4Q13, says DRAMeXchange

Average contract prices for 2GB and 4GB DDR3 modules stayed unchanged at US$17.75 and US$32, respectively, in the first half of November, according to DRAMeXchange. Prices for the fourth quarter are set to remain flat or drop slightly on quarter.
