VPEC aims at 50% global market share

Taiwan-based Visual Photonics Epitaxy (VPEC), which supplies GaAs epi-wafers for fabricating power amplifiers (PA), aims to increase its global market share to 50% from the current 25%, according to company president MC Chen.
