NAND flash prices to stabilize in 3Q11, says Phison chairman

Having declined significantly in the second quarter of 2011, NAND flash contract prices are expected to stabilize in the third quarter, according to Phison Electronics chairman Khein Seng Pau. But prices may have little room for growth, said Pau.
