GaAs wafer maker VPEC to set sales record for fifth straight month

Visual Photonics Epitaxy Company (VPEC), a manufacturer of GaAs epitaxial wafers used in the fabrication of power amplifiers (PA), will likely break its revenue record for the fifth straight month in May 2011, industry sources believe.
