Foxconn to issue ECB on October 12

Foxconn Electronics (Hon Hai Precision Industry) has announced it will issue unsecured euro convertible bonds (ECBs) worth US$1 billion with a conversion price per share of NT$152.75 (US$4.89) with an exchange rate of US$1 to NT$31.25 on October 12.
