Taiwan market: Garmin-Asus A10 smartphone to available on September 10

Garmin-Asus is set to launch its Android-based Nuvifone A10 smartphone in Taiwan on September 10 which is currently available for pre-order, according to company vice president and general manager of mobile device business, Bensen Lin.

Lin pointed out that the Nuvifone A10 adopts Android 2.1, 512MB RAM, a 3.2-inch HVGA touch panel and a 5-megapixel camera, and will be mainly pushed for its GPS functions at a price of NT$13,900 (US$434).
