Kodak sues Taiwan-based digital camera maker Ability Enterprise

US-based Eastman Kodak on June 22 filed with the US Court for the Western District of New York a legal action against Ability Enterprise over royalty fees regarding digital cameras, the Taiwan-based maker has revealed.
