Amtran expects to ship 800,000-900,000 LCD TVs in 2Q10

Taiwan-based Amtran Technology, a major manufacturing partner for Vizio, expects to ship 800,000-900,000 LCD TVs in the second quarter of 2010, rising from 740,000 units delivered in the preceding quarter, according to the company.
