Quanta, Wistron and Inventec see February 2010 revenues down on month

First-tier notebook makers Quanta Computer, Wistron and Inventec saw a sequential drop in their February 2010 consolidated revenues mainly because of the Lunar New Year vacation and a labor shortage in China.
