Innolux, CMO, TPO to hold board meeting to discuss merger

Innolux Display, Chi Mei Optoelectronics (CMO) and TPO Displays have agreed to call a board meeting on November 20 to discuss details of the merger of the three companies, according to a TPO filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE).
