DRAM chipmaker Nanya spends NT$3.5 billion on equipment

Nanya Technology has announced via filings with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) two purchases of machinery equipment from unspecified equipment makers. The total transactions amounted to almost NT$3.5 billion (US$106.3 million).
