Tyntek expects little impact from LED patent lawsuit

Taiwan-based LED chipmaker Tyntek has disclosed that it has been notified by Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) about a patent infringement lawsuit recently filed in the US by a professor against the company.
