Wafer foundry VIS sees weak January sales

Vanguard International Semiconductor (VIS) had a weak January in line with an overall downturn for the foundry sector where Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) saw revenues decline.
