WPG strengthens foothold in passive component segment by acquiring Pernas Enterprise

WPG Holdings announced on March 5 its acquisition of Pernas Enterprise, a distributor for Samsung Mechanics, with the deal expected to boost WPG's corresponding sales contribution from passive components to 10%.
