ProMOS to stop production at fabs for exceptionally long annual maintenance

Amid a serious DRAM industry-wide downturn, ProMOS Technologies has scheduled an exceptionally long annual maintenance period of 10 days for its 12-inch fabs at the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP), during which production will completely stop.
