NPC sees strong FC substrate demand from Nvidia and AMD

Strong orders from Nvidia and AMD for flip-chip (FC) substrates are expected drive sales of Nan Ya Printed Circuit Board (NPC) up 14-15% in the fourth quarter of 2007, according to industry sources.
