TSMC to ramp up production of Intel Wi-Fi chips in 3Q

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) is expected to ramp up its production of Intel's 802.11n Wi-Fi chips at 0.13-micron in the third quarter, according to industry sources.
