Handset-chassis maker Taiwan Chi Cheng Enterprise plans to acquire of over a 51% stake in LCD TV chassis maker Comsmart Industrial for NT$1.0-1.35 billion (US$30-41 million), or NT$43-49 per share, according to sources at Taiwan Chi Cheng.
