Tower Semiconductor says prospects looking good

Given its distinct areas of focus, Israel-based Tower Semiconductor is confident that its gross margins may surpass 40% in 2007 and quarterly revenues is set to expand further, according to company chief executive officer (CEO) Russell Ellwanger.
