Large-size panel prices drop 1-3% in 2H Feb, WitsView says

Large-size panel prices declined slightly in the second half of February, with 17-inch SXGA monitors seeing the biggest drop of 3%, according to WitsView Technology. The other panel segments saw prices decline by 1-2%.
