Design-service house Global Unichip to enter production at 65nm in November

Taiwan-based design-service house Global Unichip expects to begin volume production at the 65nm node in November, with tapeouts from 90nm and 65nm nodes to be the company's chief revenue drivers next year, according to company executives.
