TSMC declines comment on arrests of ex-Netlogic employees

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) declined to comment on the arrests in the US of two former Netlogic Microsystems employees accused of stealing trade secrets from both Netlogic and TSMC.
