Samsung-Corning to set up ITO plant at CTSP; volume production to commence in 4Q

Samsung Corning will begin producing ITO (indium-tin oxide), a key component for TFT LCD and color filter (CF) production, at a plant in the Central Taiwan Science Park (CTSP), according to the company.
