Silicon Motion ships 10 million memory card controller ICs in September

Taiwan-based IC design house Silicon Motion reported its monthly SD/MMC memory card use controller IC shipments exceeded 10 million units in September, and the company stated it has made advances in its design of high-performance controller ICs.
