Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) plans to increase its total capital to NT$99.7 billion (about US$3.0 billion), up from NT$85 billion (about US$2.5 billion), by issuing 1.2 billion shares through common shares or GDRs (global depositary receipts).
