CPT releases new shares; budgets capex through 2006

Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) raised a total of NT$14.4 billion (about US$434 million) by issuing 700 million new shares yesterday and plans capital expenditures (capex) of NT$123.5 billion through 2006, according to the company.
