TSMC outsources part of 6-inch wafer processing to Mosel due to full booking

Due to full utilization at its 6-inch Fab2, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) plans to outsource part of its wafer processing to Mosel Vitelic, according to sources at IC design firms.
