HannStar and CPT to raise 15-inch LCD monitor panel prices in March

Taiwan-based HannStar Display and Chunghwa Picture Tubes (CPT) plan to raise 15-inch LCD monitor panel prices to US$240 and US$230, respectively, in March, according to the companies.
