Infineon to acquire Taiwan’s ADMtek for 80 million euros

Infineon Technologies announced that it has signed a deal to acquire ADMtek, a Taiwan-based fabless firm specializing in communications SoC (system-on-chip) solutions, according to a company press statement today.
