Compeq to lower 2003 profit forecast again

Compeq Manufacturing, a Taiwanese PCB and substrate maker, will again lower its 2003 earnings forecast due to worse-than-expected inventory and raw materials losses at its Dayuan, Taoyuan County plant, said a company source.
