ATI optimistic for 3Q, 1H foundry orders were up 30% from projection

Orders from ATI Technologies to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) and United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) will exceed original projections by 20-30% in the first half of 2003, according to ATI chairman and CEO KY Ho.
