Powerchip to move all 12-inch wafers to 0.13-micron node in 3Q

Powerchip Semiconductor Corporation (PSC) will produce all of its 12-inch wafers on 0.13-micron processes beginning from the third quarter, thanks to its improving yield rate, according to Eric Tang, the company’s spokesperson.
