China Netcom to delay ‘Little Smart’ launch in Beijing due to SARS

China Netcom, scheduled to launch the Xiaolingtong, or “Little Smart,” wireless phone service in Beijing this weekend, will postpone the launch as it is behind schedule in deploying infrastructure amid the SARS situation.
