TSMC’s Fab 12 will ship 14,000 wafers per month by end of 2003

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) will ship 14,000 12-inch wafers per month from its Fab 12 by year-end, according to TSMC president and COO Rick Tsai.
