Toppoly to begin shipping small-size LTPS panels in May and expand capacity

Toppoly Optoelectronics has scheduled to begin volume shipments of LTPS (low-temperature poly-silicon) TFT LCDs for mobile phones and digital still cameras (DSCs) in May, disclosed company vice president I-wei Wu.
