Optimax and Sanritz to build TFT LCD polarizer factory in China

Optimax Technology, Taiwan’s leading TFT LCD polarizer producer, reportedly plans to form a 50:50 joint venture with Japan-based Sanritz to build a polarizer factory in China. Optimax will have management control over the new company.
