Taiwan market: Acer to start selling Core i7-based desktop PC at IT Month 2008

Acer has announced that it will start selling its first Intel Core i7-based desktop PC, the Aspire M7720, in Taiwan at IT Month 2008 which begins November 29.

The Aspire M7720 features Intel's quad-core Core i7 920 CPU, 3GB DDR3 1066 memory (expandable up to 12GB) and a 750GB hard drive. The PC also features AMD ATI Radeon HD 4850 graphics.

The Aspire M7720 will be priced at NT$39,900 (US$1193.36).
