Taiwan WiMAX operator Vee Time to cooperate with Intel for interoperability testing

Vee Time (renamed from Vee Telecom Multimedia), one of the six WiMAX operators in Taiwan, will cooperate with Intel to use its WiMAX network for OIOT (operator interoperability testing) of Intel-developed WiMAX chipset solutions and devices equipped with the solutions, according to industry sources. In response, Vee Time declined to make any comment but indicated that the cooperation will be announced at a joint press conference on May 31.
