Dell Technologies CEO Michael Dell says the complex integration of EMC, the largest IT acquisition in history, is now complete with his sights now set on winning more market share in storage and software-defined networking in 2018.

A report about the blockbuster Dell and EMC deal found that customers of the two companies view the deal in a different light.

EMC, the data storage company that is preparing to unveil an agreement to be acquired by personal computer maker Dell as early as Monday, is also planning to seek out other suitors, according to people familiar with the matter.
